The author is a Post Graduate in English Literature. She has worked as a Personal Secretary, a teacher and also as a Head Faculty. She loves and appreciates the Bengali culture which flourishes in the eastern Indian city of Kolkata and bases her story there. She likes writing and is an ardent admirer of nature.
