Even with the new hope that he has found there is the pervasive darkness that ever pursues him, forcing him into a corner and a decision that he had never wanted to make, even though he understands that his way back to his origin will require him to face his fear.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Elgon was born in Springfield, Ohio on May 7, 1956. He grew up on a farm in rural southeastern Clark County near the village of Selma and the small town of South Charleston. The relative isolation of his early life provided fertile ground for the development of a vivid imagination. His fantasy and fiction is rooted in the worlds that he conceived in his childhood and later conveyed as bedtime stories told to his children. He is a graduate of Purdue University and The University of Texas at Austin. He holds degrees in Mass Communication and Marketing Administration. While serving in the United States Air Force he learned Chinese Mandarin. He has been an advertising copy writer, a crytologic-linguist, a salesperson, a computer technician and a retail manager. He currently lives on Florida's Space Coast.
