AN OPEN SOLEMN APPEAL to the President of Uganda and to the Kabaka of Buganda

This Open Solemn Appeal to His Excellency the President of Uganda and to His Majesty the Kabaka of Buganda has been prompted by what we, the life-time pledged members of the Sserulanda Nsulo Yobulamu Spiritual Foundation perceive as a conspiracy against our citizenship rights as a minority group in a unified Uganda. Hiding in the Kabaka's government, some local persecutors led by a Kabaka's Muluka Chief are taking advantage of a scheme they have hatched to have us evicted from the Kabaka's land, having played well the deliberate rejection of our members' envujjo payments thereby claiming that we are unlawfully occupying the Kabaka's land. The appeal includes a 1986 visit of the Kabaka to the Living Born-Saint, His Imperishable Glory Bambi Baaba Baabuwee January 15, 1986 as ANNEX C, citing vital information for the kingdom's lasting peace and stability both for Uganda and Africa.
